INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil - hana gune olive oil
- 1/4 cup minced fresh@dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- eggs half cook - optional
DIRECTIONS
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet over low heat, cook garlic in oil until lightly browned. Remove from the heat; stir in parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti; place in a large bowl. Add garlic mixture and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat and put egg on top.
