Korokke (Meat Croquette)

lebih kurang dengan pesen2 yg ada sblm nih... cume sajer nk pelbagaikan resepi. menu pemes kat jepon neh.. skodeng dari dapur mamafami. yang asalnyer dari sini. budak2 cuti skola nih, fenin jugak nk bg makan apa kat diorg... wpon dah mkn nasik, time ptg2 tuh lapo la juga... jom tengok resepi. cnp dr blog mama. tenkiu ma... cume aku tk ltk mushroom.

Ingredients
  • 500g potatoes ~ peeled,boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 large onion ~ peeled and diced
  • 1 stalk spring onion ~ washed and cut small
  • salt to taste
  • ground white pepper to taste
  • 200g minced meat
  • 5 pieces canned button mushroom ~ diced small
  • 1 cup panko(Japanese bread crumb)
  • 1 egg ~ lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup rice flour -hana gune tpg katakuriko
  • enough oil for frying
Method
  • Saute minced meat and onion in skillet for 5 minutes.
  • Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl.Combine salt, ground pepper,cooked minced meat, diced button mushrooms and spring onions together, mix well.
  • Shape potatoes mixture into small balls, slightly press the potatoe balls into a cylinder or disk shape. If the potatoes are too soft, place the shaped potatoes into fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
  • Roll shaped potato balls onto rice flour, then dip into egg mixture before coating with breadcrumbs.
  • Prepare fryer or deep skillet at medium heat with oil. Place the coated croquettes into the hot oil. Fry croquette both side until golden brown.
  • Remove the fried croquettes from fryer and place on kitchen towel to drain off the excess oil.
  • Serve warm as snack or with meal.

    kejung lidah nak menyebutnya...bahasa melayunya, begedil la ek..hee..yummy. giler kentang punye org cam saya mesti suka :)

  4. ujan2 ni kalau dapat 2-3 ketul bendealah ni lega ek hana..tapi nak buat malaslah pulak ...lenkali jelah cuba..tq hana.

    salam izzati.. tima kasih sudi senyap2 kat blog akak nih! akceli wat donut rasanya yg paling mudah.. izzati ikut resepi yg mana satu nih yer? apakata izzati try resepi donut yg paling basic dan paling senang! cume tepung, gula, yis dan air@susu segar. butter atau shortening tuh jika ada. tk ltk pong tk mengapa. nanti klu dh mahir br bleh tambah mcm2 cam bread improver ke, softener ke, perasa ke, inti ke and etc.. izzati uli tgn kan? lagi mudah nak agak samada adunan kiter terlalu byk air atau kurang air. yang pastinyer adunan tuh mesti tak lekat kat tangan dan lembut cam kiter tekan pp baby! ataupon pp sendiri!! hihihi.. insyaAllah pas ni izzati akan mahir bab mendonut atau meroti! moga tips akak dpt membantu.. gud luck yer! :)
