Burger Bun

dah lama nk mkn beger....sejak yg jual tuh tak leh makan, terkubur jerk aku nyer ayam beger tuh lam freezer! arituh godeh2 umah fidah@s_shamen nmpk dier punyer beger amat ler menyelerakan! so apa lagik salin resepi, arini baru dpt buat! alhamdulillah roti yg tidak mengecewakan! lembutt.. mmg sesuai utk wat roti beger atau roti plain. nk buh inti pon boleh! resepi asal dr lydia@skyblue.. C&P dr dapur lydia...

Ingredients (9 buns):
250g bread flour
160ml water
10g butter/shortening
30g sugar
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp instant dry yeast
¼ tsp bread softener
¾ tsp bread improver

Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients in bread maker and select Dough mode. If timer is in use, put in water first followed by flour and all other ingredients (do not have to mix it).
  2. Once the dough is ready, turn out on lightly floured surface and divide it into 9 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small ball or any desired shape.
  3. Cover with kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until they are doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 175ºC and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack. *hana masak 20min. bergantung pd oven masing2...

  1. cutenya roti berger hana. comel sungguh. ni satu godaan baru ni, kerana sayangkan budak2, kakchik akan cuba buat yang ni pulak nanti. hehehe.

    byk roti kat sini gune shortening binatang/haiwan..nk kene check dulu ingredients tkt2 ade mende alah tuh!
